You   may have many questions regarding your project.   Can we do this?   What are the regulations?     What will the project cost?   These are some of the questions Anthony Home Design will address.   At Anthony Home Design we strive to make the process simple.

Free Consultation - Anthony Home Design will visit to discuss your project in depth.   We will answer questions you may have about the process, requirements by your local jurisdiction and construction costs.   We will also discuss your initial design ideas and ways of improving upon them.

Project Feasibility Study - While most projects are accepted by the local Building, Planning and Engineering   Departments, some projects encounter problems.   In these cases it is prudent to determine the feasibility of a project prior to spending time and money on Architectural and Structural drawings.   During the initial consultation Anthony Home Design will indicate if any problems are readily apparent and if a Feasibility Study is prudent.   See "Products" for further information.  

Architectural and Structural Drawings - The next step in the project is to generate the Architectural and Structural Drawings.   These drawings will be used to obtain building permits and have the project constructed.   Anthony Home Design believes in a team approach working with our customers to ensure their vision becomes reality.

Plan Ahead - Many clients get the urge to build in the spring & summer.   However, the best time to start   planning is in the fall & winter.   This allows   the design and plan review to be completed   during the rainy season.   Construction can then take place during the dry season.   In any case, Anthony Home Design will work within your timeline.
