Anthony Home Design will guide you through the following steps as part of the design and planning process.
1. Initial consultation - Anthony Home Design will discuss your vision, city requirements, building requirements and construction cost estimates. The benefit of a Project feasibility Study will be discussed. After this meeting we will provide you with a written proposal.
2. Project Feasibility Study - At your request, Anthony Home Design will meet with your local Building, Planning and Engineering departments to discuss the feasibility of your project. A Project Feasibility report will be generated indicating the likelihood of your project being accepted. The report will also highlight actions required prior to acceptance of the project such as a Site Survey, Soils Report, Arborist Report, Variance, or other action.
3. Conceptual Meeting - If you agree to proceed, Anthony Home Design will provide their expertise and insight on how to best maximize your project. The design process is a two-way street. Anthony Home Design works "with" you to achieve a design that best meets your needs.
4. Design Meetings - Anthony Home Design shall generate and present floor and elevation plans to the customer during the design process. This allows the customer to be part of the design team, provide their input and validate their vision.
5. Electronic Drawings - For those who enjoy communications via email. Anthony Home Design will share drawings electronically with software that will allow you to provide input directly on the drawings. You can then email the drawings back to Anthony Home Design.
5. Three-Dimensional Renderings - Anthony Home Design can provide 3D renderings of your project upon request. The renderings visualize the finished product.
6. Structural Engineering - Anthony Home Design will obtain structural engineering from an Engineer licensed in the State of California. Anthony Home Design will communicate with and provide all required information to the Engineer.
7. Title 24 Energy Report - Architectural drawings shall be submitted to a Title 24 Energy Consultant to obtain the Title 24 Energy Report required by your local building department.
8. Delivery of Documents to Customer - Architectural Drawings, Engineering and the Title 24 Energy Report shall be delivered as a package to the customer.
9. Construction - Anthony Home Design will work with the Home Owner, Building Department, Planning Department and Contractors to assist with each phase of the project as needed.
